Salary: Up to £23,626.72, dependent on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us in our busy, fast paced back office parking team!

 

The post holder will be responsible for processing informal Penalty Charge Notice challenges. The duties will include preparing cases for adjudication and attending adjudication hearings when necessary. The successful candidate will also undertake a wide range of administrative work connected with enforcement and parking queries including inputting data and updating spreadsheets as well as dealing with customers by telephone and in writing.

 

To be successful in this role you will need to be adaptable, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a small team in a challenging environment.

 

You should have at least GCSE Maths and English at a grad C (level 4 or 5), and experience in a similar role is desirable. You will have good written English with excellent letter writing skills, attention to detail and a calm, professional manner. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. Experience using the Imperial 360 system is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

 

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English is essential in this post.
