Examinations Assistant - Highdown School

Full Time - 37 hours per week,
Term time only plus staff training days and two weeks during the summer exam results
(Flexibility on working hours during exam periods is necessary)

We are seeking to appoint a strong Administrator to support the Examinations Officer in a range of administrative duties and general running of the Examinations Office.

You will need to have experience of working in a busy office setting, have an eye for detail, be proactive and used to taking initiative. You should be a team player, but also able to work on your own initiative when needed.

Experience of ICT is essential (Microsoft packages).
Knowledge of SIMs is desirable, but not essential.
You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
