We are proud of the c500 homes we provide in 6 boroughs, across southeast London, but we know that the need is ever growing, and we are responding to that need by, working in partnership with other organisations on the development of new units. We provide temporary housing, permanent housing and support services. In addition, we run a Community Nursery, for children from 6mths old to 5 years old. 

We are looking for a great HR/Governance professional who thrives on variety and a challenge. You will lead our HR services, manage our office facilities, support our board governance work as well as Comms.

We are purpose-led and want you to live our values and help embed them within the organisation. You'll have HR experience at Senior Business Partner or HR manager level and the ability to manage the office and facilities. If you have an aptitude to learn quickly, we will support you on the Governance aspects of the role. You will have staff managment experience and be confident presenting to Senior Managment Teams and Boards.
