enabling Foundation 1 environment?

The governing body and leadership team are seeking a committed professional to join our valued teaching assistant team.  

The candidate will be an excellent practitioner, with a proven record in helping to promote excellent learning in Early Years.  This post is to support a child with ASC who has an Educational Health Care Plan.

The successful applicant must have the following qualities;

Experience of supporting high quality Early Years teaching.
A passion for supporting children with SEND and experience of working 1:1 to meet a child’s additional needs
Willingness, care and compassion to support children with health care plans.
Ability to develop good relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
Understanding of child development and early years.
Positive behaviour management.
Ability to work constructively as part of a team.
Willingness to show initiative and apply common sense.
