Hours: 32.5 Hours per week (6.5 Hours per day). From 7.30am to 2.30pm, (There may be some flexibility)/41 weeks per year

Scale: 3 points 5-6

Salary: Pro rata salary of £18,331 - £18,662 p.a. (FTE £22,575 - £22,983 p.a.)

The Governors of St. Patrick’s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Administrative Officer to join our successful school.

St. Patrick’s Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint a personable, professional team player to join the school’s office team. You will need to deliver exemplary customer service to parents, staff and other stakeholders.

You will ensure the efficient organisation and administration of systems and procedures as needed.

The school office is often the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible and readily able to respond to queries, resolve problems and adapt to the differing proprieties of the working day.

The successful candidate will be able to use or be prepared to be trained on the school’s computerised management information systems and paper based systems to enter record and retrieve a range of school data. You will have a good level of IT skills.

Part of the role will be to support the organisation of school, the ability to work quickly and effectively is a necessity.
