The starting salary for this role is £23,243 per annum for working 36 hours per week.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Administrative Assistant working within North West Surrey Reablement Team. The Service provides short term care to the vulnerable and elderly, helping them gain independence. You must be highly organised, adaptable, able to prioritise and enjoy working in an ever-changing role.
This fast paced, busy position will be based in the North West Area of Surrey. We are looking for someone with a flexible approach and a willingness to tackle a wide range of administrative and customer service activities. You must be willing to take responsibility and use initiative, along with being comfortable in setting your own priorities and meeting strict deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential along with a high level of written and verbal communication skills. Part of this role includes the collating of weekly timesheets and gathering of monthly statistical information for reporting purposes. You will also be required to maintain and up-date spreadsheets, answer the duty phone, attend and record minutes and induct new staff. You will need to be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines. You may also be required to travel to other sites in Surrey to support operational functions. This varied role brings a new challenge each day.
