We are recruiting for an Admin Support Officer within the Community Solutions Team. Our team works flexibly with a combination of working from home and in the office. You will be provided with all the training and equipment you require to be successful in your new role.
The admin support role will involve working closely with a range of internal and external colleagues to support the day to day running of the team. Supporting the team to improve and implement business processes, this will include:
· Managing and scheduling team commitments, appointments, shared inbox and minuting meetings.
· Ability to use Microsoft Office software including excel, word and Powerpoint,
· communicating with internal and external colleagues using TEAMs, email and by phone
· Collating data from existing systems to support team management
· Gathering information from providers on current vacancies
Ideally you will have some knowledge of Social Care or working in an organisation/business with multiple stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate; competence with administration including experience of using Microsoft Office. You will often be the first point of contact for Managers and will need excellent customer care skills.
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised individuals who display great attention to detail. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to prioritise and maintain confidentiality ensuring that a high level of administrative support is provided to the team.
