More Information
Senior Practitioner - ASTI (assessment and short term intervention)
As one of our Senior Practitioners based in South Asti (assessment and short term intervention) you will take the lead role in our relationship-based, family-led practice model.
You will assist in the duty rota picking up cases that require strategy discussion , section 47 and assessment. You will manage a complex caseload; as well as providing technical and professional expertise, mentoring and quality assurance to less experienced colleagues. You will also support the Team Manager in the day-to-day running of the team.
You will provide a joined up approach which encourages robust partnerships with other teams, within the Trust as well as outside agencies; to include the police, health, schools and voluntary organisations.
This is a key role so naturally we are looking for someone with extensive experience of working with vulnerable children, families, statutory bodies and voluntary agencies.
You must have a recognised social work qualification and be registered with the Health Care Profession Council. This coupled with your external personal skills; including communication, sound judgement, analytical thinking and teamwork are essential.
Our Offer
Our offer includes competitive rewards, a generous annual leave package; and our recently launched a Salary Sacrifice Car Leasing Scheme; to name a few.
