We are looking for a Junior Business Partner to work in Finance Services.
Reporting to the Senior Business Partner and Accountancy Team Leader, you will liaise with Corporate Managers, Senior Managers, and their budget managers to support them to deliver their budget management responsibilities.
The post holder will be required to translate financial data to non-financial stakeholders and effectively challenge budget managers, in ensuring robust financial management of each business area.
In providing regular, robust, timely financial information and detailed analysis to key stakeholders the role will be important in ensuring high quality financial management is embedded throughout the business.
You will be able to work both under your own initiative and as part of a small team. Ability to work accurately and concisely whilst delivering excellent customer service. Your analytical and prioritisation skills will be second to none and your effective communication and negotiation skills will help you to build effective working relationships. Experience of using a finance systems and the ability to use Microsoft Office to intermediate level are also essential.
