We are looking for a candidate with experience in housing options and homelessness to join our Housing Service as Housing Inclusion Team Leader.

The increase in households at risk of homelessness is an issue that affects all services in all areas of the country. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Service as we shape new ways of working and respond to these unprecedented challenges.

You will be responsible for the line management of a team of Housing professionals working in a range of support functions; inclduing responsibility for our Rough Sleeper Pathway, drug and alcohol support, private rented sector landlord engagement, welfare and debt advice and our Ukrainian scheme support. In addition, you will support the wider ongoing development of joint-working partnerships with other key agencies, with plenty of opportunity for training and personal development.

As well as possessing excellent time management and communication skills, you should be resilient, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You must have an understanding of the range of support needs of households in housing need.

If you are enthusiastic and self-motivated and are looking to take the next step in your career we would love to talk to you.
