The starting salary for this position is £36,282 per annum based on a 36 hour working week. The role is offered on a 24 month fixed-term or secondment basis.

We have created a new post to work across this thematic area. You will help us work in partnership to co-produce and develop services, implement best practice and deliver what is needed for our survivors and our residents of Surrey. We are looking for a passionate professional with relevant experience to join our dynamic team. To this role, you must bring knowledge and experience of national practice in VAWG or a similar field, and a commitment to this area of work, which you will cover under the direction of a Head of Service.
As a valued member of the team, you will be bringing your experience to help build an evidence base around new approaches, whilst helping to implement services and transformation. You will have experience of managing projects, understand public sector accountability and be able to work and influence at strategic level. You must be passionate and accustomed to working in complex environments and working with partners.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to further develop your skills within a supportive team environment.
This two-year fixed term role (that may be extended further) will work closely with the whole team across this, and other, important areas of work.
