Job Title: Casual Front of House Assistants

 About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join the dedicated and friendly Harlequin team’s pool of casual Front of House Assistants. This is a varied role that includes welcoming customers, selling tickets and dealing with queries in person, via telephone, post and email, working on the kiosk, enabling the smooth running of the Box Office and providing excellent customer service.  

The Harlequin Theatre and Cinema  is a vibrant arts and entertainment venue. It hosts a range of live shows, film and event screenings, business facilities and other activities, alongside its licensed bistro café.

Please note: This is a casual role. Shifts and hours worked per week will vary and will include evening and weekend work.

About You

We are looking for people who:

  • Are passionate about giving great customer service
  • Are comfortable dealing with customers face to face, over the phone and in writing
  • Are motivated, capable and hardworking
  • Can work well on their own and as a supportive member of a team
  • Have a polite, friendly, helpful and professional manner with members of the public.
