About the Role:
As a HR Officer in the Employee Relations and Schools Team, you will give expert advice and guidance to council managers, school leaders and employees in relation to HR policies and procedures, to effectively deal with employment issues. This is a varied and exciting role which requires you to work flexibility, with the ability to analyse workforce information in order to identify issues and recommend solutions.
About the Candidate:
We are looking for determined and resilient HR generalist who can bring vision and a relentless drive to make things happen. You'll be a HR professional with a sound understanding of current and changing employment legislation. You’ll have experience of advising senior leaders on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management, TUPE and restructures. Above all, you’ll relish building relationships with a personal commitment to providing a high-quality HR Service.
