Permanent, full-time, hybrid (37 hours per week)
An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic individual to join the Information and Communications Services team at Charnwood Borough Council.
As an IT Support Analyst, you will work as part of an existing team to resolve user technical queries at first and second line, as well as rolling out new hardware and
software in conjunction with the departments project requirements.
The main duties include:
• Recording, prioritising, diagnosing and resolving IT related incidents and service requests within agreed timescales.
• Building, imaging and installing IT hardware and software as part of assigned IT projects
• Providing first and second-line telephone, desktop and application support.
You will have proven IT support expertise as well as excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude.
A working knowledge of ITIL (Foundation Level), Windows 10 and virtualisation would be advantageous.
