Post:     Monitoring Officer - Section 106   Ref: SMO

Salary:  £22,571 p.a. (37 hour week)

The Monitoring Officer will play a key role in maximizing the opportunities created for the borough by these developments.

 

Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring the collection and expenditure of Section 106 funds
  • Liaising with internal colleagues and external agencies and project managers
  • Managing expenditure and updating records on Exacom, the monitoring software
  • Assisting with annual reports to be submitted to central government

 

You must be:

  • Organised, methodical with good attention to detail
  • Able to review legal documents,
  • Good communicators, able to liaise with a wide range of people
