Social Worker - Fixed Term 31.03.2023 - Adult Social Care Reviewing Team

Exciting opportunities have arisen in the Adult Social Care Service within Sefton Council, and we are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Reviewing Team. We are seeking applicants with background in community work and experience of working with complex learning disabilities and EMI would be a distinct advantage.

 As a qualified social worker, you will contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Adult Social Care service as part of a team responsible for promoting the welfare of and continuously improving outcomes for individuals.

 You will manage a defined case load delivering high quality assessments and support plans that address the needs of vulnerable people through the commissioning of individual packages of care, whilst managing the reputation of the Council.
