Working as a Practice Manager you will manage both supervising Social Workers and other staff involved in the support and supervision.  Successful applicants will need to have a Social Work qualification.  You will be a strong communicator and motivator with the ability to help lead a team to ensure all service users are receiving the best possible quality of care. 

We are looking for potential and people who can problem solve, prioritize quickly, identify risk, be able to build professional relationships, know and apply legislation and have an ability to sustain a clear performance focus on achieving demanding goals to achieve the best possible outcomes.  You need to be able to collaborate constructively with internal and external partners to create the conditions for successful partnership working.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager or a suitably experienced candidate aspiring to progress into a Practice Manager role.

We are looking to permanently appoint a candidate who is passionate about high quality customer service. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and forward thinking managers with excellent communication and analytical skills.

The suitable candidates will be responsible for managing a social work team and be able to offer a full social work service to residents with short and long-term care needs.

The successful candidates must be a Registered Social Worker or Occupational Therapist.  If a senior role appeals to you with the opportunity to really make a difference to the people we support and you share our vision then we want to hear from you.
