An exciting opportunity has arisen within Dartford Borough Council for 2 Customer Service Apprentices. This role is to provide outstanding Customer Service for the council’s internal and external customers. You will be the Councils first point of contact for face to face, telephone and email enquiries for many of our key services and be given an excellent opportunity to develop existing customer service skills. Applications are welcome from those that have the desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience and would like to work and study for an apprenticeship within this organisation.
As a Customer Advisor Apprentice you will be given all the necessary training, support and first-hand experience required to complete your NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services.
