Location: Farnham House-Stevenage

Starting Salary: £21,269 with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £24,920 pa (pro rata for part-time)

Contract :12 Months, fixed term

Hours :37 hours per week


The Hertfordshire Home Improvement Agency (HHIA) has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Officer position to work in a progressive and dynamic team.  We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised person, with a strong customer focus.


The Hertfordshire Home Improvement Agency (HHIA) is part of an innovative amalgamation of resources from 5 Districts to provide a service that supports the independence of residents, through the Disabled Facilitates Grant (DFG)


We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised individual who is able to ensure that a high level of administrative support is provided to our team.


You will be self-motivated, professional, and approachable, providing excellent team support and best practice at all times.
