CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER
Salary £21,269 pa - £23,484 pa pro rata (22 hours per week)
with the flexibility to work additional hours as required
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with outstanding customer service skills to join our Customer Services Team.
The successful candidate will work in our contact centre and on our reception desk. You will have experience within a customer service environment and possess excellent communication skills. In particular you will be committed to service improvement and to providing excellent telephone and face-to-face customer care. With your flexible, courteous and calm approach you will learn how to resolve issues across the entire range of Council services. Computer literacy is essential as we make extensive use of technology and electronic systems. You will be expected to wear a uniform.
Training will be given in dealing with a wide variety of enquiries handled by the Team.
