Birmingham Safeguarding Children Partnership(BSCP) brings together and holds to account all agencies that work together to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children Birmingham. This post is part of the Business Support unit that provides administrative support for BSCP see website for more details - (https://www.lscpbirmingham.org.uk/ ). The role will involve a hybrid working model with time in an office required.
With the ability to communicate and engage effectively at all levels and be confident in building and maintaining positive working relationships, you will have a clear understanding of a customer-oriented culture and be proactive in promoting this. You will have a demonstrable ability to organise and deliver project-based work in relation to audits.
You will have the ability to lead on an audit and produce audit tools and reports. This will include being effective and efficient in identifying learning from audits and developing learning bulletins for frontline practitioners. Possessing excellent IT and administrative skills you must be able to manage your own workload and respond to deadlines and competing agendas.
