Job Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an officer to join the Passenger Transport Unit at Hertfordshire County Council. You will be joining at a crucial time, as the department is looking to deliver projects outlined in its Bus Services Improvement Plan and Intalink Enhanced Partnership schemes.
You will be a part of the team responsible for preparing and publicising travel publicity and information for residents and visitors to Hertfordshire through a range of digital and traditional media, thereby promoting passenger transport and sustainable travel. You will also assist in driving forward projects being undertaken in association with the Intalink Enhanced Partnership and Bus Services Improvement Plan.
With an understanding of the needs of bus users and timetables, you will have relevant experience in the fields of communication and publicity. Some experience with graphic design and related software is desired but not a necessity.
