Starting salary £20,682pa with potential progression to £21,909pa on achieving designated skills and experience

In this key role as Team Administrator you will provide excellent administrative support to our team who make a huge difference to the lives of the elderly and vulnerable residents living in Welwyn Hatfield.

This is a role that has a lot of variety but will be very rewarding enabling you to work with residents and local communities to make a real difference. You will provide a range of administrative support to the Independent Living team, including the raising and processing of purchase orders and invoices, collating and recording satisfaction surveys, ordering of supplies for the Sheltered Housing schemes, responding to a range of queries from staff and residents regarding the service and maintaining a range of information sources to support service delivery.
We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative and customer service skills. It is essential that you have an excellent working knowledge of MS products with an eye for detail. The ability to deal with conflicting demands and priorities is also key in this role.
