An opportunity has arisen to join our Family Solutions service as an Early Help Team Leader in our Wayfield Hub, for a fixed-term until November 2023. You will work alongside the Hub Manager and be responsible for managing and leading delivery of early help interventions and targeted support to improve the outcomes for children, young people and their families.
You will be responsible for the managing a team of Early Help Workers, providing supervision and expert advice, including critical oversight of cases.
Your role will include working closely with a range of partners who will also contribute to devising and implementing timely interventions and programmes with children, young people and their families.

About you
You will have GCSEs at level 5 or above in English and Maths, together with an NVQ 4 in working with families with multiple or complex needs or another relevant discipline. You will also have experience of working with children, young people and families and in leading and managing teams.
You will also be able to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge and experience and ideally have experience of working with ‘Signs of Safety’ or a similar relationship and strengths-based practice framework.
