Early Years Teacher - Maternity Leave Cover
An opportunity has arisen for Class Teachers to join our wonderful Early Years settings in our Peterborough schools in the Lime Trust.
We are seeking passionate teachers for our experienced and welcoming teams in our Nursery and Reception classes at Lime Academy Abbotsmede and Lime Academy Watergall. With all of our Peterborough EYFS settings recently being recognised as Good by Ofsted and a strength in our schools, we are now striving for Outstanding practice.
The successful applicants would be part of this exciting journey and provided with a programme of high-quality professional development to strengthen their skillset along the way, as well as access to a supportive Trust Hub of information, research, resources and professional discussion with other EYFS practitioners across our range of Primary and Special schools. Our Reception and Nursery classes operate as an integral part of our schools and staff and pupils engaged in whole school daily life. Our learning environments offer a friendly and vibrant place to work, with Forest Schools and outdoor learning a key feature of our inspiring curriculum offer.
The posts are for Maternity leave cover, starting in late 2022 and early 2023, in the first instance, with the possibility of this being extended further. The successful applicants will hold QTS and will ideally have recent experience teaching the Early Years age range, although applicants with wider Primary experience will also be considered.
