Job Title: Admin Support Officer
Starting Salary: £19,650 with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £22,129 (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Fixed Term until end of February 2023

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Support Officer within the Business Delivery Service supporting 2 Heads of Service, Head of Service for Family Safeguarding East and Head of Service for Children Looked After and Care Leavers. This role provides administrative support to these individuals, managing diaries, meetings and correspondence to enable them to undertake senior management tasks supporting the services they lead.
We are looking for organised, self-motivated and professional individuals who are able to provide a high level of administrative support.
You will be working in a rewarding and fast paced environment, responding to calendar invites and sending apologies/acceptance where required, minute taking at high level senior management meetings, formatting court documents and signing as required. You will be used to working to tight deadlines and with high accuracy. Experience in taking minutes is essential.
