Neighbourhood Team Leader (Housing)

Starting Salary £39,728pa with potential progression to £42,860 on achieving designated skills and experience.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Neighbourhood and Enforcement Team to help us deliver a first-class housing management service to our tenants and leaseholders.

By leading and supporting a team of Neighbourhood Officers you will help us to ensure our properties and estates are well managed and that our tenants are supported to live safely and comfortably in their homes.

The well-being of our communities is paramount to us and so you must love working with people and be able to spot vulnerabilities as well as work collaboratively with both tenants and stakeholders to make sure we deliver the best outcomes for them.

You will have a track record of delivering high performing tenancy and estate management services and experience in providing excellent customer service that will meets the needs of our customers.

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities as well as the capability to plan and organise varied workload streams are also some of the attributes that you will be able to bring to our team.
