An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Housing Standards Team for a part time (18 hours) Housing Practitioner. The successful applicant will provide technical support in relation to inspecting private residential accommodation identifying health and safety hazards and implementing the Council’s Housing Licensing Schemes along with working to bring long term vacant properties back into use. The role will include enforcement action in relation to licensing, housing standards and vacant homes.
