TMO Estate Manager

Godwin and Crowndale Tenant Management Co-operative Ltd is a long-established Tenant Management Organisation based in North West London which has been managing it’s estate since 1992.  It provides housing services to 173 dwellings on the Godwin and Crowndale Estate on behalf of Camden Council.  

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative person who shares our passion towards resident led housing and is fully committed to a customer focused approach.

This role involves working with and being responsible to the Co-op’s Management Committee for the management and delivery of housing services, repairs, financial management, development of Godwin and Crowndale’s strategic vision and values. The Estate Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the estate and the supervision and management of the staff team, liaising with Camden Council departments, contractors and outside agencies to ensure an efficient and responsive housing service. The Estate Manager will deal with HR and employment issues.

Due to the nature of the job excellent interpersonal skills and excellent report writing and verbal communication skills are required. The successful candidate will possess Social Housing knowledge, budget and financial management experience, very good organisational and computer literacy skills. A strong commitment to resident management, involvement and empowerment is essential.
