Bedfordshire Employment and Skills Academy is recruiting! Join our fast paced, creative team and make a difference to how we deliver our services. Find your greatness by joining our team as an assessor, you’ll help others to learn and gain their qualifications and apprenticeships.
Every day will be different - you will be assessing learners and apprentices in their workplace, delivering group tutorials and supporting individuals on a 1:1 basis. We deliver in a range of areas including Early Years, Teaching Assistant, Children’s Residential Care and Business Administration. You need to be enthusiastic and passionate about getting the best out of people. Communication skills and attention to detail are also important aspects to be a success in this role. There is a lot to learn, but you will receive strong support from a friendly and helpful team.

Required Qualifications: AAQA or Assessor A1/D32/D33; a relevant level 3 qualification and 2-years sector experience in any of the above areas.
