More about the role:

The purpose of our Occupational Therapy ‘s Services is to have an Occupational Therapist workforce to undertake all statutory interventions in a specific service area, that enable people to live in a family & community environment that maximizes their life chances. as Community Assessment Officer, you will work under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist (TM) but work autonomously in managing your case load which will comprise of assessment, intervention and review of people requiring assessment from the OT team. You will join an experienced, friendly team working closely with other professionals and stakeholders from social care, health service and housing.
