2x Customer Services Officers

Are you friendly, confident and articulate?

Can you deliver excellent customer service over the telephone?

We currently have two opportunities to work within our Customer Services Team.  The successful applicants will be dealing with customers over the telephone to resolve queries on a wide range of matters which include Waste and Recycling, Housing Benefit and Council Tax, Housing, Planning and Environmental Health.  Once trained there is opportunity to further develop and deal with face to face enquires at our community help points in Bexhill, Battle and Rye.

Our Customer Service Team deal with complex information and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment. The nature of this role can be challenging but also rewarding for the right candidate, as no two days are the same.

Applicants will have previous experience in delivering excellent customer service and have the ability to actively listen, be empathic and show patience whilst finding resolution to customer needs. Full training will be provided.
