Greenacre Academy are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Teacher of MFL for January 2023. You will need to be motivational and someone who can inspire and excite students in their learning.  The successful candidate should be able to translate their knowledge and information into lessons that inspire the students and enable them to understand and explore the language.  You will be eager to build a rapport with our students and motivate them in the subject.  We are committed to ensuring that all our students make excellent progress regardless of their starting points and we work hard to ensure that all our students achieve their highest grades possible.

Candidates must be able to teach French to KS3 level. We are also interested in candidates who can teach up to KS4, including Spanish.

In carrying out online searches, the Trust will be looking for publicly available information about the applicant that may be relevant to their suitability to work with children and/or may have an impact on the Trust’s reputation.           

Where possible, this check will be conducted by someone not involved with the interview process. Any pertinent information found will be passed to the interview panel and may be discussed with the candidate at interview stage.  

The information generated from online searches, notes of the shortlisting panel and details of the scoring will be retained for six months from the appointment date in line with the Trust’s document retention schedule. Documents will be securely disposed of.
