BUILDING CONTROL MANAGER
£44,539 - £46,549 (plus £6000 Golden Hello)
We are looking for a suitably qualified and highly motivated Building Control professional with the experience and skills that can make an immediate impact. The successful candidate will have the ability to secure quality outcomes whilst managing a demanding workload to meet statutory requirements, service targets and achieve financial sustainability.
The successful candidate will effectively manage, motivate and provide guidance to the Building Control Team which consists of surveyors and a dedicated support team, as well as providing guidance to colleagues and individuals on Building Control matters and provide day to day decision making and management of all aspects of a Local Authority Building Control service, negotiating with and advising both internal and external clients.
