Location: Greenacre Academy

We are looking to appoint a highly effective teacher of Maths with an exceptional understanding of the curriculum.  You must be supportive of others and openly share best practice with your team.  You need the drive and enthusiasm to help inspire staff and students alike.  You will be accountable for and raise standards of student attainment and achievement within the whole curriculum area and to monitor and support student progress, attendance and behaviour. 

The successful candidate will play a full part in the life of the academy community, support its distinctive mission, ethos and policies and to encourage staff and students to follow this example.   For a more detailed description please read the job description for this role.

Where possible, this check will be conducted by someone not involved with the interview process. Any pertinent information found will be passed to the interview panel and may be discussed with the candidate at interview stage.  

The information generated from online searches, notes of the shortlisting panel and details of the scoring will be retained for six months from the appointment date in line with the Trust’s document retention schedule. Documents will be securely disposed of.
