Housing Income Specialist (Neighbourhood Housing)

£31,960 - £37,355 per annum (37 hours per week) plus benefits

Location: Guildford Borough Council, Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 4BB

We manage just over 5,000 properties across the borough. Housing Income Specialists work in partnership with the Housing Estates Specialist to create successful and attractive neighbourhoods where people want to live.

Guildford Borough Council has an exciting opportunity for a Housing Income Specialist to join our fantastic Income team. 

We are looking for a forward-thinking individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and who has a “can do” attitude. 

As part of a committed team, you will be responsible for a patch of approximately 1200 properties. 

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients.  To be successful you will have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, which you combine with a sensitive approach to individual’s circumstances.  To be effective you will need good organisational and writing skills.
