Social Worker (SASH)

Hertfordshire’s Children Services has successfully achieved a “Good” rating from Ofsted.  In the most recent Ofsted focussed visit (July 21) they report that The Specialist Adolescent Service Hertfordshire (SASH) has emerged as an essential frontline safeguarding service. The service skilfully works with children who are exposed to some of the riskiest situations. SASH workers are skilled and tenacious in their efforts to establish effective relationships with children and their families.

If you enjoy a challenge and working with adolescents at risk of exploitation and who can be the most difficult to reach - then read on!

Due to the expansion of the workforce, an exciting opportunity has arisen for full-time Social Workers in the Specialist Adolescent Support Hub (SASH).

There are vacancies in 3 teams: St Albans and Dacorum (West) and Watford, Three Rivers & Hertsmere (South) and Broxbourne, Welwyn and Hatfield (East)
