The CAMHS Alliance in City and Hackney are looking to recruit a self-motivated, approachable and organised individuals to be part of our Project Management Office (PMO) as an Administration Officer.

The main duty of the role is to provide efficient and effective administrative and technical support to the Programme Managers within the PMO to ensure that the project workstreams are correctly planned, documented and managed effectively to assist in their successful delivery. This will also include responsibility for preparing documentation and tracking project plans and benefits.

The successful candidate will:

  • have administration experience, preferably in a Project Management Office or Health/Local Authority context
  • have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Google
  • work efficiently to tight deadlines
  • have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • be an effective communicator who is able to engage with a wide number of stakeholders across organisations, multi-task and work as part of a team
  • assist and support the Programme Managers in the day to day management of the Transformation Programme
