We are looking for people who have experience of receiving and responding to complex, sensitive calls and providing detailed information to enquirers. 

You must be highly motivated and have an engaging manner; coupled with the ability to provide advice over the phone, record factual information clearly, accurately and quickly.   

An ability to maintain good recording systems is also required.  

You will also need to be able to assume a high degree of personal responsibility for your professional development.

Experience of Adoption services and being confident with fact to face communication and presenting to the public will be adventageous
