As Birmingham moves into the expanded national Troubled Families Programme, an excellent opportunity has arisen to support its delivery within the city as part of the Think Family team. The role will include business analysis to identify families eligible for the programme, measuring their progress and confirming where outcomes have been achieved with them. A To succeed in this challenging role you will need skills in data analysis on large and complex datasets, understanding and experience of multi-agency working, and preferably a sound understanding of data sharing and data protection issues between agencies. You will have very strong IT data analysis skills and be trained in statistics and/or research methods as part of your degree or equivalent qualification. You will also have an appreciation of the issues faced by families with complex needs in the city.
