Reading School Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Chief Operations Officer to start in January/February 2023.
The COO will have primary responsibility for leading, developing and managing all operational aspects of the Academy, within the vision and priorities of the governors and leadership of the Academy, working with the Headmaster and Finance Director to ensure the Academy achieves excellence across all areas of the organisation and fulfils the aims of its strategic plan.
We are looking for someone who:
- Will ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Has experience of strategic planning and delivery of strategy.
- Can facilitate and develop initiatives to fulfil the strategic objectives.
- Has proven leadership and performance management skills
- Can evidence experience of financial planning and budgetary management.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
