Do you support the right for children to have high quality playtimes?
Are you approachable and able to work as part of a team?
Would you be able to encourage pupil engagement and foster good behaviour?

If the answer is yes, you could be one of the people we are looking for to join our experienced team of lunchtime staff.

This key role would be:

  • To support the development of the play environment
  • To support communication on play to the whole school community
  • To support effective risk management in play
  • To develop effective playwork practice within the play team.
  • To support the provision and maintenance of loose parts and play resources
  • To report to the Curriculum lead for Play

Applicants should be able to talk about how they demonstrate the following qualities:

  • enthusiasm
  • a sense of humour
  • an ability to stay calm and patient

As a member of our team you would use these qualities  to make lunchtime a positive and worthwhile experience for all of our pupils.

Please note that in line with KCSIE 2022, the school will conduct a pre employment internet search on all shortlisted candidates.

Please apply online.
