Safeguarding Administrator

We currently have an opportunity for a part time Safeguarding Administrator in the Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Team.

This is a rewarding and varied administrative role in which you will be providing administrative support for child protection conferences.  

Your duties will include attending and minuting child protection conferences, sending out documents before and after the conference, collating reports, ensuring statutory deadlines are met and maintaining records and databases. 

You should have excellent administrative skills, matched with strong customer care skills and have knowledge and experience of data inputting.  You must have excellent minute taking skills (preferably to Management meeting level), a good eye for detail, excellent time management skills and be able to maintain high levels of speed and accuracy whilst managing competing priorities. 

The team are based at the Shute End office.  You will not be required to be in the office 5 days a week but there is an expectation that you will work from the office at least 2 days a week or when you are needed to cover face to face conferences.
