Duties of the post:

Due to the continued success of Adur Street Markets we’re looking for a dedicated Markets Assistant to join our team. Supporting the Markets Officer, you’ll be a key staff member in the delivery of our weekly Saturday markets. 

In addition to setting up the market stalls, liaising with traders and assisting customers, you’ll also be asked to assist in keeping our bus poster and banner sites up to date.

The role of Markets Assistant is a physically demanding post, working outdoors and includes mainly weekend markets. You will also be required to drive the Markets van, including the towing of a trailer (any additional training for towing will be provided) so you will need a full current driving licence.
