The Deputy Centres Manager will work across both WelTech Business Centre in Welwyn Garden City and at HatTech, our business centre in Hatfield.

The post holder will support the Business Centres Manager in all operational aspects of the WelTech and HatTech Business Centres. This will require ensuring that a high-quality service is provided and maintained, liaising with Licensees, their staff and visitors across both sites. We are looking for an excellent, full time Deputy Manager to support the Business Centres in a range of duties. Overseeing all managerial aspects of the receptionist team and in the absence of the Centre Manager, oversee the Centre Administrator.

The Deputy Manager will strive to maximise occupancy of the Centres by actively marketing the Centres and promoting its facilities. Managing the financial aspects of the Customer on-boarding process and on-going customer accounts. Overseeing various aspects of Facilities Management to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all staff visitors and occupants of both sites.

It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills and experience to be successful in this role with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines. You will need excellent MS Office skills to fulfil this role.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.

You will also be a key holder and hold responsibility for the security of the buildings when on site. It is essential to hold a valid, UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle for this position.
