21.5  hours per week, term-time only  Monday & Tuesday 8.15am -4.00pm  Friday 8.15am -3.45pm

Scale 4: £22369- £24054 FTE    Actual Salary £11542 - £12144

We are seeking to appoint a Business Support Services Officer to join our friendly business team.

The successful applicant will act as first point of contact at the school dealing with front-line enquiries from parents, students, staff and visitors and therefore must have a professional, friendly approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

The post-holder will be one of the school’s team of designated First Aiders and will be required to attend a 3-day First Aid at Work training course and attend regular training updates.  Additionally, training on Health & Safety procedures will be provided in-house to support the school in completing Risk Assessments and with the role of Fire Marshall.

The demands of the role require exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and be proactive, with a flexible approach to working arrangements. Experience of working in a busy Reception or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
