Location: Oak View Primary Academy

Contract: 6 months maternity cover

Working Pattern: 3 days a week Monday – Wednesday, Term Time

DBS Check: Enhanced

Specific Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be an experienced school Office Manager, ideally with prior knowledge of Arbor; G Suite; school finances and payroll.  They will have the ability to work within a vibrant team who are relishing the challenge of continuing to move the school forward.   The school office manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administration of the school office including line managing administrative staff.  They are also responsible for all administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school, maintaining confidentiality at all times. They assist with all the planning and development of support services.

The successful candidate will have the desire to take a full and active part in the life of the school.

We focus on driving up standards and have experience of improving standards in education to provide the right learning environment for all children to achieve their full potential.

Oak View Academy joined NWAT in April 2014 and has worked collaboratively with NWAT to improve standards in education outcomes for children.
