1:1 Support Assistant, Key Stage 2
Fixed term contract until 31st August 2023
Hours – up to 27.5 hours per week
(Jobshare considered)
Monday-Friday, term time only
Salary: Grade B1-B3 depending on experience (£18,333 – £18,887 pro rata) 

Spurcroft Primary School is an inclusive community primary school rated “Good” with high ambitions for our pupils and staff.  This is a key position within our school and we are looking for a member of staff who is enthusiastic about learning and is committed to our school values.

•    Recent experience of working with children with more complex needs including autism
•    A good understanding of specific learning difficulties and how to support them
•    Good numeracy and literacy skills
•    Appropriate classroom experience 
•    An approachable manner and good communication skills
•    can create engaging and fun learning environments which stimulate curiosity, creativity and independence
•    A willingness to learn and develop their skills
