Job Duties:

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Support Officer within the Business Delivery Service supporting one of our 0-25 Together Service Team in Children’s Services.

Children’s Services places the interests of children and families firmly at the centre of everything we do, working with families to offer quality advice, support and guidance, helping children to be ambitious, and their families to be safe, be resilient, be independent, building children's confidence, self-esteem and preparing them for life ahead.

This role provides administrative support to a front-line social work team, working with other agencies to enable Social Work staff to undertake accurate assessments and offer appropriate support.

You will be working in a rewarding and fast paced environment, requesting checks from other agencies, taking calls from service users/external agencies, organising meetings, note taking at meetings, formatting documents, letters, updating spreadsheets and data collection.

We are looking for organised, self-motivated and professional individuals who are able to provide a high level of administrative support and manage competing priorities.

You will be used to working to tight deadlines and with high accuracy. Experience in taking notes would be beneficial, but full training will be given.
