Family Worker - Multi Disciplinary Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Worker to join our newly developed Multi-Disciplinary Team. This is being offered on a fixed term contract until May 2023.

Working closely with families this role provides both practical and specialist advice as well as acting as a lead co-ordinator for any additional support services.

The Family Worker will hold a caseload of various levels of complexity and will need to complete assessments and reviews, utilising support from senior colleagues to progress cases forward.

You will work together with partners in the Multi-Disciplinary Team and will deliver a range of early help, family support and effective social work interventions. You will produce and present reports for a variety of meetings and will support social workers who are working with families with multiple and complex needs.

You should have a good standard of education and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent relevant qualification.
